Recent renovations and overhauls to the breakfast bar at this location have addressed most of the issues I had noticed in other reviews before I checked into this location for a work trip. The breakfast was great, actually. The coffee was hot and plentiful. The service was excellent at the front desk, too. The location is not ideal. It is outside of the center of Columbia, Tennessee, so be prepared for a slow drive in traffic for several miles for food options, grocery stores, and more. The worst part was the bed. It was hard as a concrete slab and slept about as well. Left me restless and aching which was a terrible combination for performing manual labor all day. Not an ideal spot for work crews.

Where do I start…. The bed spread and bathroom curtain were stained and dirty, there was someone else’s trash on the room floor (which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in some time), and mold in the shower. I’m just glad I travel with my own pillow and blanket. Almost all the amenities are broken, including the iron in my room, the breakfast beverage machine, and the ice machine. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I was in the area for two weeks for work, I ended up booking an Airbnb and leaving after two nights. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy…

Had a death in the family and was in a hurry to get home but too far to drive in one day. The staff found me a quiet room on the first floor. Very comfortable bed and the staff helped get me back on the road early the next morning. They had no idea but their kindness was greatly appreciated.

I've stayed here multiple times but will find another location going forward. I checked in. The front desk staff was great. Very kind and professional. I get to the room, unpack and just before bed I go to the bathroom and there on the wall near the toliet paper holder was poop on the wall on 2 places.
